Our hot tubs are designed to hold approximately 1,000 liters of water. The Grande's are 1115L This capacity provides ample space for a comfortable and relaxing soak for multiple people.

How long does it take for your wood fired hot tubs to heat up?
Our hot tubs typically take around 2-3 hours to heat up from cold. This heating time may vary depending on factors such as the ambient temperature and the desired water temperature.

Can I get my hot tub delivered?
Absolutely! We offer nationwide delivery services to reach even the most remote locations in New Zealand. Our delivery teams are equipped with specialised machinery to handle tricky terrain and ensure your hot tub arrives safely and securely at your desired site. We understand that the most special places are often the most challenging to access, so we've designed our delivery process to take the hassle out of the experience. Our affordable delivery fees include on-site delivery, saving you the inconvenience of transporting your hot tub from a depot. We crate all our hot tubs, so they are protected throughout the delivery process.​

Do you have stock of all your models?

However, due to the increasing popularity and growth of our business, there may occasionally be a waiting period of a few weeks for certain models. Do I need to use chemicals in my wood-fired hot tub?
No, one of the significant advantages of wood-fired hot tubs is that they do not require the use of harsh chemicals to maintain water quality. This natural approach provides a healthier and more enjoyable soaking experience.
We recommend changing the water in your hot tub every couple of days, especially if it is used frequently. This regular water turnover helps to prevent any buildup of bacteria or algae, ensuring a clean and refreshing Hot Tub.

Do you offer a warranty on your hot tubs?
Our stainless-steel inner (barrel) is covered by a 50-year warranty. All our other parts come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labour against defects and failure when used in normal practice according to our recommendations.

Does your hot tub have feet?
Yes, our Tubby hot tubs are equipped with feet. To protect the timber underneath, we apply a protective coating. Additionally, we install small plastic feet to elevate the tub slightly off the ground. For optimal performance and longevity, we recommend placing your hot tub on a flat, hard surface, such as concrete or decking. Avoid placing it directly on grass or soft surfaces.
