Ever dreamed of a hot bath that’s always ready, perfectly warm, and effortlessly clean? At Tubby Tubs, we turn that dream into a gleaming, stainless steel reality. Our Electric Baths aren't just about luxurious comfort; they're engineered for an unparalleled experience, designed with meticulous attention to detail that sets them apart. Let's pull back the curtain and show you exactly what makes our electric baths a cut above the rest.

Seamless Design, Smart Filtration: How Your Tubby Tub Electric Bathss Stays Sparkling Clean

When you first lay eyes on a Tubby Tubs Posh Electric Bath, you’ll notice its sleek, uninterrupted lines. There’s no bulky filter grate inside, marring the smooth, seamless interior. This deliberate design choice enhances both aesthetics and your bathing experience, allowing for maximum comfort without any awkward protrusions.

So, where does the magic of filtration happen? It’s all managed discreetly and efficiently by the Spanet SV Mini 1 system, located externally to your beautiful stainless steel tub.

We understand that seeing is believing, which is why we’ve attached a photograph where you can clearly see both the intake and outlet holes within the tub. These are key to our innovative circulation system.

Here’s how the water in your Tubby Tub Posh Electric Bath flawlessly circulates to ensure it's always crystal clear and perfectly heated:

  • The Intake: Tucked away discreetly at the bottom of the tub, usually on the side farthest from the return jet, is a subtle intake fitting. This clever placement ensures that water is drawn from the lowest point, effectively pulling any particles towards the filtration system.

  • External Circulation: From this intake, the water is gently sucked underneath the tub. It then embarks on its journey through the external Spanet SV Mini 1 unit. This powerful, compact system houses the vital components: the pump, the heater, and the filter housing.

  • Heating and Filtration: As the water travels through the Spanet unit, it's first propelled by the pump, then perfectly heated to your desired temperature. Following this, it passes through the dedicated filter, which efficiently captures impurities, ensuring your bathwater remains pristine and inviting.

  • The Outtake: Finally, the filtered and perfectly heated water is returned to the bath via a strategically placed outtake jet located on the side, inside the top of the tub. This creates an optimal flow pattern, ensuring the entire volume of water in your bath is consistently circulated, heated, and cleaned.

Spanet SV Mini 1 controller features "Smart Filtration" technology, which intelligently adjusts filtration cycles for optimal water hygiene while also reducing power consumption.

We believe in transparency and the quality of our engineering. That’s why we take the time to test every single electric bath before it leaves our workshop. We’ve even attached a video of us putting one through its paces, so you can see firsthand the impressive flow and power of the recirculation system in action.
